In the same pane as were you set the name and other metadata for you project, that is the pane called “Project Settings”, there is an option to open up the Access Control. Access Control is managed at a per user level, where a user is defined as the email address used for logging in. Access is granted/denied for one user per line. Each line consists of an “access prefix”, a pipe separator “|”, then the email address of the person you want to control the access for.

Here’s a list of the possible input:

    • r|default means everybody has read access by default.
    • rw|default means everybody has full access rights (read and write).
    • r|someuser@company.com means this user has read-only access.
    • rw|someuser@company.com means this user has full (read and write) access.
    • a|someuser@company.com means this user has full admin rights (implies read and write as well).
    • |someuser@company.com means this user has NO rights to this dataset.
