These look like drilling operations from Landmark’s WellPlan software, and is linked with various other items such as well, wellbore, fluid, assembly etc (through ids). Items such as the one above looks initiated by an actual user of the software, while others (like below) seems to be auto-created from other Landmark software modules (Compass):

These are singular points in what is often called a temperature gradient, essentially a point consisting of a depth and temperature value. Very often such temperature gradients are basically a linear function of depth and starting temperature (typically the formation temperature). This one point is created by StressCheck. It also seems the profile_name contains various values, such as InitialConditionsBrstDispToGasBrstPressureTestBurstUserLoads500. This hints to the fact that individual load cases have individual temperature profiles.

In Oliasoft WellDesign we have similar functionality, we a few differences. First we allow users to input actual gradients (the actual linear function), in addition to user generated temperature tables. Furthermore we allow combinations of similar load cases with different parameters, making custom loads for doing that a lot easier than before.
